Dr. Sue Willey is in her fifth year as director of athletics and her 32nd overall at the university. The 2005 Division II Administrator of the Year by the National Association of Collegiate Woman Athletic Administrators (NACWAA), Dr. Willey has devoted herself to UIndy athletic in numerous different ways. Student-athlete, coach, administrator and diehard fan are all roles that she's played over her three-plus decades at the school.
