  • Competed in Minor League Baseball as a member of teams in the following cities: Buffalo, Minneapolis, Eau Claire, WI, Chattanooga, TN, Sanford, FL, Thomasville, GA, Anderson, Fort Wayne, Lafayette, and Indianapolis
  • Helped sign with Carl Erskine of Anderson to a contract with the Brooklyn Dodgers while a Baseball Scout
  • Inducted into the Delaware County Athletic Hall of Fame in 1984
  • Recipient of the Delaware County’s Light body Award in 1989
  • Inducted into the Indiana Baseball Hall of Fame in 1980
