Competed in Minor League Baseball as a member of teams in the following cities: Buffalo, Minneapolis, Eau Claire, WI, Chattanooga, TN, Sanford, FL, Thomasville, GA, Anderson, Fort Wayne, Lafayette, and Indianapolis
Helped sign with Carl Erskine of Anderson to a contract with the Brooklyn Dodgers while a Baseball Scout
Inducted into the Delaware County Athletic Hall of Fame in 1984
Recipient of the Delaware County’s Light body Award in 1989
Inducted into the Indiana Baseball Hall of Fame in 1980
