INDIANAPOLIS – The University of Indianapolis men's lacrosse team held steady at No. 8 in this weeks United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Dynamic Men's Coaches Division II rankings. They also remained at No. 9 in the Nike/USA Lacrosse Magazine Division II Top 20.
The Hounds picked up their first Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC) win of the season last week, taking down Lewis for their 25th straight win at home. The victory also marked career win number 100 for head coach Greg Stocks.
Lindenwood is the only other GLVC team in this weeks Top 20, coming in at No. 10. Lewis and Maryville also received votes. For the second straight week, Tampa retained the top spot.
UIndy hits the road this weekend, traveling to Grand Rapids, MI. They'll take on Davenport at 3 pm on Saturday in GLVC action.
