INDIANAPOLIS – The UIndy Women's Cross Country team took fourth in the Great Lakes Valley Conference 2023 preseason poll with a total of 138 points.

Lewis led the poll in first with 169 points and 13 first place votes. Southwest Baptist and Drury rounded out the top three.

Junior
Brianna Lawson will lead the team after finishing 18th at the 2022Â GLVC Championship with a time of 23:22.80.

The Greyhounds will start the season at the Grizzly Invite on Saturday Sept. 2. Hosted by Franklin College, it will be held at the Blue River Cross Country Course in Shelbyville, IN.Â
