Kiley Cirillo is entering his fourth year as the UIndy women's soccer head coach in 2014.
Cirillo's squad finished the 2013 year 6-8-4 overall, posting a 5-6-4 record in GLVC play. His 2013 squad highlighted the year with a ninth NSCAA Team Academic Award, in addition to the team raising more than $2,200 in bringing awareness to Free2Play and the fight against Human Trafficking.
The 2012 edition of Cirillo's Greyhounds closed out the year 8-9 overall, with a GLVC record of 7-8. Shelby Spinelli earned All-Region honors, while the junior joined Nicole Duncan in picking up All-GLVC accolades as well.
In his first year at the head of the Greyhound program, Cirillo posted a record of 11-8. UIndy made the GLVC tournament as the #7 seed, but bowed out in the first round at #2 seed Bellarmine. The 2011 season featured a win over then-#3 Quincy Sept. 25, with UIndy upsetting the Hawks 1-0 at Key Stadium. In addition to the team's on-the-field work, senior Libby Anderl was named GLVC Scholar Athlete of the Year and also received the designation of Esch Scholar, the highest academic award at UIndy.
Prior to coming to Indianapolis, Cirillo served as the head men's soccer coach at Missouri Southern State University for six years. He was the assistant men's and women's coach for the Lions for two years as well.
Before becoming head coach at MSSU, Cirillo was Director of Coaching/Director of Club for the Springfield Premier Soccer Club.
A four-year starter and team captain while a student-athlete at Missouri Southern State, Cirillo graduated in 2002 with a degree in marketing.
Cirillo also holds a NSCAA national coaching diploma, and was the NSCAA Midwest Regional Rankings Chair from 2004-2008. He is married to Nicole Cirillo, an assistant volleyball coach at IUPUI. The Cirillos have two boys, Daxton (3) and Kale (5).
