NOBLESVILLE, Ind.- The University of Indianapolis men's golf team will play host to the NCAA Division II Championship Preview next week.  Seventeen of the nation's strongest D-II teams will converge on The Sagamore Club in Noblesville, Ind. Sep. 28-29, with nine of the schools receiving votes in the latest Golf World/Nike D-II Coaches' poll.

The 13th-ranked Greyhounds will be among a host of national powers Monday and Tuesday, including defending-national-champion and fourth-ranked Sonoma State.  Also set to compete is No. 7 Central Oklahoma, along with perennial powers Central Oklahoma, Central Missouri, Indiana (Pa.) and St. Thomas Aquinas.

The Sagamore Club sports a nearly 7,200-yard, Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course, and was named one of the Top Ten Best New Private Courses in 2004 by Gold Digest.
