CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Greyhound men's wrestling team competed at the Cincinnati Duals hosted by The College of Mt. St. Joseph at Lakota East High School on Saturday (Jan. 9), finishing the day with a 1-2 record.

UIndy suffered losses to Limestone College (10-22) and Ashland University (18-24) before topping the host Lions (30-19).

Alex Johns and Bryce Givens finished the day with perfect 3-0 records to lead the Hounds.  Johns earned victories in all three of his matches at 125 while Givens was 2-0 at 165 and added another win at 157.

Other grapplers that finished with winning records included Keith Smith who tallied a pair of wins at 197 after dropping a bout at 285 and Ethan Harris who picked up wins against Ashland and Mount St. Joseph in the 133-pound weight class.

The Indianapolis wrestling team will return on action on Wednesday when they host Calumet College of St. Joseph in a dual meet at the Ruth Lilly Fitness Center at 7:00 PM.
