INDIANAPOLIS- The University of Indianapolis is proud to host the 32nd annual Midwest Classic wrestling tournament at Nicoson Hall.

"We are excited to host a field of talented teams from around the nation," wrestling head coach Jason Warthan said. "Our tournament is one of the largest and longest-running in the nation, and we are honored to host it at Nicoson Hall."

The annual tournament will feature 22 teams from Divisions II, III and the NAIA, and will be wrestled on four mats over two days, Dec. 18-19.

UIndy posted it's first top-five finish since 2007-08 with last year's fourth-place finish. Wisconsin-Parkside topped last year's Midwest Classic, but will not be returning to this year's event.
