OAKLAND CITY, Ind.- The UIndy baseball team completed a four-game sweep at Oakland City Sunday with wins of 13-10 and 5-2 at Brooks C. Pinnick Field.  The in-region victories evened UIndy's record at 6-6 on the season, as Scott Mourey went 2-for-2 with two walks and two ribbies on the day.

GAME ONE
After downing the Mighty Oaks 6-1 and 8-5 Saturday, UIndy (6-6) kept the momentum going with a 10-run first inning in game one.  The Greyhounds endured a six-run answer from the Oaks in the bottom of the first before going on to the 13-10 victory.

Redshirt freshman Zach Kreegar had two hits in the big first inning, including a two-run homer, while junior Andy Betts picked up the win in an inning and a third of relief.

GAME TWO
Junior Cory Rupert picked up his second win of the season with a complete game performance in the series capper.  He struck out six in seven innings of work while allowing just one earned run.

Junior Kaleb Cunningham had two hits, a run and a stolen base while Mourey had a two-run, pinch-hit single in fifth.

UIndy opens conference play with a two-game series versus 26th-ranked Southern Indiana next weekend.
