Late goal hands Greyhounds first loss of 2010

INDIANAPOLIS-
A goal that got just past the UIndy keeper gave visiting Ohio Dominican the 1-0 win over the Greyhound women's soccer squad Thursday evening at Key Stadium in the 2010 season opener for both teams.

Kaylin Hunsaker tallied the score for the Panthers in the 79th minute, taking a ball into the box from Sierra Patterson and putting it into the bottom right corner of the frame, just past UIndy keeper Shae Morris.

In all, Ohio Dominican out-shot the Greyhounds 8-5 in the match. The Panthers also held the advantage in corner kick chances, 5-0.

Haley Miller took a pair of shots in the contest for UIndy. Morris recorded five saves while facing eight shots on the evening.

UIndy opens its conference slate Sunday afternoon at Missouri-St. Louis. First kick is set for noon.
