INDIANAPOLIS-  Aided by a season-high nine team blocks, the No. 17 UIndy volleyball team earned a four-set win versus the visiting and 23rd-ranked Tritons of Missouri-St. Louis Saturday.  Junior Courtney Anglemyer racked-up five block assists, as the Greyhounds (9-5, 2-2 GLVC) earned their second win of the season versus a ranked foe.

The Hounds also received a boost from 14 service errors by the Tritons (10-3, 3-1).  The total was the highest committed by a Greyhound opponent since last season's opener, a span of 54 matches.

Undeterred after dropping the first set, the Greyhounds won each of the final three frames to pick up its second straight Great Lakes Valley Conference win.

UMSL did its best to force a fifth set, erasing a late four-point lead to tie it at 24 apiece.  UIndy would not let the Tritons off the hook, however, connecting on its fourth and final match point to hand UMSL its first conference loss.

Sophomore Kristina Kerrigan led the team with 14 kills, senior Cheneta Morrison (pictured, left) recorded 38 assists, nine kills and seven digs, and senior Lyndsay Callahan had a match-high 23 digs.  Freshman kenzie Bruggeman matched a season high with 16 digs.

UIndy returns to the road for a three-match stretch away from the Ruth Lilly Center, starting with a mid-week meeting at Taylor Sep. 28.
