FORT WAYNE, Ind.- In its first road match of the season, the eighth-ranked UIndy volleyball team earned a four-set win at Indiana Tech Tuesday night (23-25, 25-18, 25-17, 25-18). The Tech Warriors came into the night ranked 11th in the Tachikara-NAIA Volleyball Coaches' Top 25 Poll.
The Hounds got off to a slow start offensively, as the ladies compiled a -.026 hitting percentage in the opening set. The team hit .271 the rest of the way, however, taking each of the final three sets.

Cheneta Morrison had 40 assists, while juniors
Courtney Anglemyer and
Kristina Hefferan each had 14 kills.
Indianapolis returns to the court this weekend at the Peggy Martin Challenge in Warrensburg, Mo. Four matches await the Hounds, including two versus ranked teams in Vo. 9 Central Missouri and 20th-ranked Pittsburg State.
