KANSAS CITY, Mo.- The UIndy men's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision in GLVC action at Rockhurst Friday evening.

The Hawks (11-2-1, 10-2-1 GLVC) scored the eventual gamewinner just after the 68-minute mark on Lucas DeRossi's second goal of the season. DeRossi scored on a 15-yard shot inside the right post on an assist from Nick McDonald.

Rockhurst made it 2-0 on a header off of a corner kick in the 82nd minute. Paolo Scoppola tallied the goal on a corner from DeRossi.

Andrew Verhonik took the loss in the net for UIndy, making six saves on the night.

The Greyhounds (10-5-0, 9-4-0 GLVC) look to rebound Sunday at William Jewell. First kick is slated for 3:30 p.m. EST.
