Complete 2011 Daktronics Women's Soccer All-Midwest Region teams

INDIANAPOLIS- The Greyhounds' Lauren Soza has been named to the Daktronics Midwest Region Second Team, announced Tuesday.

The Daktronics all-region squads are nominated and voted on by the region's sports information directors, with first team selections going on to national balloting for All-America consideration.

Soza was named one of four midfielders on the second team. The UIndy senior tallied five goals on the season and added three assists for 13 total points on the year. Her five scores were good for second on the UIndy squad, on which she was one of five Greyhounds to start all 19 matches.

Northern Kentucky's Amanda Mason was named the 2011 Daktronics Midwest Region Player of the Year, after also earning GLVC Offensive Player of the Year honors.
