LILBURN, Ga. – After their third consecutive 1-1 week the UIndy women's basketball team dropped to No. 23 in the latest
USA TODAY Sports Division II Top 25 Coaches' Poll released by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association.
The Hounds defeated Truman 87-74 Thursday before falling to then-11th-ranked Quincy 87-75 Saturday, moving to 20-6 overall and 11-4 in the GLVC.
UIndy hosts Southern Indiana (15-8, 9-6 GLVC) Thursday and Bellarmine (12-11, 8-7) Saturday, closing out the regular season at St. Joseph's (6-17, 3-12) Feb. 27.
Along with the Greyhounds, Drury (8th), Quincy (10th) and Lewis (15th) represent the Great Lakes Valley Conference in the top 25.
