Baseball inks first four members of 2016-17 recruiting class

INDIANAPOLIS – University of Indianapolis head baseball coach Gary Vaught has announced that outfielder Conor White and pitchers Andrew Sykes, Reid Werner and Josh Helton have all signed to be the newest members of the Greyhound baseball program and will arrive on campus in the fall of 2016.

"We couldn't be more excited for the class that my staff has brought in for the 2016-2017 season," Head Coach Gary Vaught said. "We feel like this program continues to grow in the direction in which we envision, and bringing in classes like we have over the past few years only solidifies that we're on the right track as a program. These four young men are all talented players that bring different skills to the table for us as a ball club. The ability to compete at a high level comes naturally to each one of them, and we're confident in their abilities to become impact players right away as Greyhounds."
