INDIANAPOLIS – The UIndy men's and women's swimming and diving season concluded Saturday with the final day of the 2015 NCAA Division II Swimming & Diving Championships.  The event was held at the IU Natatorium on the IUPUI campus in downtown Indianapolis Mar. 11-14.
 
The Greyhound men officially finished 32nd in the team standings, with their lone point coming from Danial Chan's eighth-place showing in the B-final of the 200 butterfly.
 
SATURDAY | final results
In his final race as a collegian, senior Justin Rossillo took to the pool for the men's 100 freestyle.  He posted a 46.36 in the morning prelim but did not qualify for the finals.

FRIDAY | results
Senior Daniel Chan earned the Greyhounds' first All-America honors Friday evening, placing eighth in the consolation final in the 200 butterfly.  A native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Chan is now a four-time All-American in the event, garnered honorable mention in 2015 and 2012 and first-team laurels in 2013 and 2014.
 
Chan advanced to the finals by earning the 14th seed with a time of 1:49.64 in the morning prelims.

Action concludes Saturday with prelims starting at 10:30 a.m.  Senior Justin Rossillo takes his shot at All-America status in the men's 100 free.

THURSDAY | results
Chan competed in the 100 butterfly, touching in 49.97 in the morning prelim.  His time fell short of qualifying for the evening final, but Chan will have another shot at All-America status in Friday's 200 fly.

WEDNESDAY | results
Rossillo was the only Greyhound in the pool on day one.  A native of nearby Fishers, Ind., Rossillo recorded a time of 20.87 in the 50 freestyle to land outside the top 16 and miss the afternoon finals.
 
TUESDAY
Diving pre-qualifying took place in the Natatorium Tuesday, with Greyhounds Tyler Offutt and Natelie Todd each vying for a spot in the Championships.  Offutt scored 219.2 pts on the 1-meter springboard to place 24th, while Todd put up 189.4 points on the 3-meter board to finish 29th. 
 
The cut-off to qualify for the men's 1-meter was 17th place while the women's 3-meter cutoff was 22nd.
