CONOVER, N.C. - Tied for 15th heading into the third day of the 2015 NCAA DII Championships, the UIndy men's golf team shot a 293 (+9) at Rock Barn Golf & Spa in Conover, N.C, on Wednesday. It was the best score the Greyhounds carded all week, but wasn't enough to bump the Crimson and Grey up to the top eight to move on to match play as UIndy finished 14th in the 20-team field.

Evan Stoker shot a one-under 70 to lead the Greyhounds Wednesday, and finished tied for 64th as an individual with a 225 (74-81-70). Stoker's round featured a pair of birdies and one of just eight eagles carded during stroke play.

Graham McAree shot a 75 (+5) Wednesday, finishing with a 217 (70-72-75) for the championship and placing T-21st overall, highest on the team.

After shooting a 73 Tuesday, Andrew VanAelst scored a 74 Wednesday to finish with a total of 231 strokes (84-73-74). Garrett Bianchi also finished with a 231 for the championship (77-80-74). Tucker Guisewite finished three strokes back of his teammates with a 234 (75-78-81).

Lynn finished the stroke play at a 1-over 853 (283-290-280), leading the top eight teams that advanced to the medal-match play on Thursday and Friday in a bracketed, head-to-head team format to decide the national championship. Sam Migdal from Central Missouri won the individual title, finishing with an eight-under 205 for the tournament (66-71-68).
