Preparticipation Physical Examinations 2011

Below is the pre-participation physical examination format for this fall. Physicals will only be given to new, incoming athletes to your team (i.e. freshman, transfers, walk-ons, etc) on these dates. Each will cost the athlete $55, payable at the time of the physical. There will be an echocardiogram screening included in the cost of the physical exam and conducted during the physicals. The time indicated after your sport is the reporting time and you should go to Nicoson Hall to the forms station and begin the physicals process. It should take each athlete approximately 60 minutes to complete the physicals system. Each new athlete should bring with them their completed physical form they received this summer. Please dress in shorts and T-shirt and athletic shoes for this event.

All athletes must have a physical examination before beginning any activity.
Wednesday, August 10th - 1:30 p.m. -- All athletes report to Athletics Recreation Center for their physical exam
Football

Saturday, August 13th - 1 p.m. -- All athletes report to Nicoson Hall for their physical exam
Men's/Women's Soccer, Volleyball, Men's/Women's Cross Country

Saturday, August 27th - 1 p.m. -- All athletes report to Nicoson Hall for their physical exam
