INDIANAPOLIS- The University of Indianapolis athletics department has teamed with HomeTown Sports Indiana to offer a new, FREE web-streaming service for select UIndy home games in addition to its television re-airs. The schedule calls for all Greyhound football home games to be broadcast live on the Internet, as well as several home basketball doubleheaders. Other sports broadcasts will be added to the docket in the near future, produced in-house by UIndy athletics.
The schedule kicks-off Thursday, Aug. 27 when the Kentucky Wesleyan Panthers head to Key Stadium to open the 2009 UIndy football season at 7:00 p.m. Nine days later, national powerhouse Grand Valley State opens the conference schedule and Wayne State closes out a three-game homestand on Sep. 12.
