Football Gameday

Welcome back to Key Stadium, home of the University of Indianapolis Greyhounds! There are important updates to stadium and operations policies that must be followed for the safety and enjoyment of all fans.

TICKET INFO

UIndy Athletics is cashless. Digital tickets for all UIndy Athletic events are available at university-of-indianapolis.vivenushop.com 24 hours a day.
- Tickets are not sold on site and MUST be purchased through university-of-indianapolis.vivenushop.com
UIndy students get free access to all UIndy Athletics events with their student ID.
UIndy faculty and staff get free access and a plus 1 to all UIndy Athletics events with their UIndy ID.

STADIUM POLICIES

Where To Enter

Key Stadium gates open 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Fans may enter through one of two locations:

The south gate adjoining the Tailgate Town parking lot.
The west gate behind the main grandstand, adjacent to the north wall of the Ruth Lilly Fitness Center.

PLEASE NOTE: There will be no re-entry allowed from any entrance. Once you exit the stadium, you may NOT re-enter without an unused ticket.

Permitted Items

Fans are encouraged to bring only necessary items to Key Stadium. For the safety and enjoyment of all fans, please keep prohibited items at home or in your vehicle. No storage is available on site.

The only bags, packages or containers permitted upon entry to the stadium are the following:
- Bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and does not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
- Small clutch bag, camera and binocular cases, not exceeding 4.5" x 6.5", with or without a handle or strap.
- Exceptions can be made for medically necessary, childcare or dietary items upon inspection.
- All bags are subject to inspection.
Seat cushions without backs or zippered sections that cannot be used as a bag.
Binoculars (without the case)
Cell phones (without selfie-sticks)
Small cameras and radios (without the case)
Blankets and rain apparel (no umbrellas)

Weapons
Containers, aerosol cans and spray cans
Umbrellas, flags and flagpoles
Beverages
Food
Coolers, thermoses, cups, bottles, cans, flasks
Camcorders, tripods and selfie-sticks
Strollers
Non-approved chair backs
Projectiles
Artificial noise makers
Other potentially dangerous objects

For the health and enjoyment of all spectators, all tobacco products are prohibited on campus.

SPORTWEAR & SOUVENIRS

A stadium retail shop will be available for purchase of UIndy gear and souvenirs for your enjoyment during the game and to take home for family and friends!

CONCESSIONS

Concession stands are located on the southwest corner of Key Stadium. Traditional fan favorite items and new offerings are available this season. The space around concessions has also been reconfigured to accommodate additional patrons and improve the flow of service. Please pay attention to signage for the most efficient way to get your selections.

BEER

Beer will be available for purchase inside Key Stadium. All other alcoholic beverages inside the stadium are prohibited.

All guests must be 21 years of age to purchase alcoholic beverages. A valid ID is required for purchase.
A limit of two beers may be purchased at one time per legal ID.
Sales will begin when the venue gates/doors open.
Sales will end when the game clock has expired at the conclusion of the third quarter.
- A security officer or staff member will begin to close the line with three minutes remaining in the third quarter, and only the guests that were already standing in line will be able to purchase beer.
Alcohol is not permitted to leave the stadium gates nor can outside alcohol be brought into the stadium on game day.

PARKING

Use the campus parking map in conjunction with the following information:

Located at the corner of Hanna and State Avenues, lots 15 and 17 are the designated tailgating lots. See below for more tailgating info.
At Hanna Avenue and Campus Way, lot 14 is the primary free lot for fans.
Media members and gameday workers are directed to park in lot 26, located just north of the field off of State Avenue. A parking pass or credential is required for entry. Contact Ryan Thorpe at thorper@uindy.edu to request media credentials.
Overflow parking is available at the corner of State and National Avenues at lots 23 and 24.

TAILGATING

Featuring a lively atmosphere of music, fun and fellowship, UIndy Tailgate Town opens four hours before kickoff. Festivities are hosted adjacent to Key Stadium at Lots 15 and 17. Spots are available on a single-game basis at $50 a spot. Email Sara Quatrocky at quatrockys@uindy.edu for more information.
