Center Grove's Elder joins eight initial football signees

INDIANAPOLIS- University of Indianapolis Head Football Coach Bob Bartolomeo announced his 2012 signing class on the first day of the NCAA signing period Wednesday.  The class includes eight intial signees and one late addition committed to enroll and play football at UIndy in the fall.

UIndy's incoming class includes five student-athletes from the Hoosier State, three from Illinois and one from Missouri.  Three players hail from the Indianapolis area, including Tyler Willis from 4A-state-champ Cathedral, Jordan Bedan and O'rion Elder from Center Grove and Hayden Janney from Hamilton Southewastern.
