NORTH CANTON, Ohio – The No. 13 UIndy women's lacrosse team is officially on a winning streak, earning a 16-4 victory over in-region Walsh on Sunday afternoon.

The Greyhounds improve to 6-0 all-time against the Cavaliers, with their 16 goals the most since April 2016.

Olivia Bladon led all players with five goals, while goalkeeper
Ava Graham made three saves and scooped up five ground balls.

UIndy wasted no time in its winning efforts on Sunday, scoring four times in the opening seven-plus minutes of the game, including a pair of goals from Bladon. The Cavaliers fought back early, netting their third goal of the first quarter to cut the Greyhound lead to 5-3.

The defense stepped up in the final 45 minutes, allowing just four shots to reach Graham, who saved three of them. The Greyhounds rattled off 10 consecutive goals, with
Ella Fornek finding the back of the cage at the 57-second mark before halftime.

Bladon scored three times in the second half, including the first twice in under two minutes after the break.
Megan Dunn followed suit, tallying her first goal of the game late in the third quarter to become the seventh Hound of the afternoon to score.

Mackenzie Winn matched Bladon with a game-high six points, adding a pair of goals to her four assists. The senior dished out three straight helpers in the middle frames, including two to Bladon to begin the third quarter.
