Freshman softball player Casey Williamson earned the Athlete of the Month for April 2012 after leading the Greyhound softball team to its first GLVC Softball Championship. Williamson earned both the GLVC Player of the Year and co-Freshman of the Year awards, and hit .432 in the month of April, helping UIndy to a 19-6 record for the month.
