Wooding was one of four Greyhound wrestling All-Americans at the 2014 NCAA Division II National Championships, closing out his career in fifth place at the national meet. The senior went into four overtime matches at the event, with a pair of falls accounting for his four wins at nationals.

Wooding finished his career with 104 total wins, good for T10th place in the all-time UIndy standings. He is just the 13th Greyhound to top 100 career wins, and was a two-time National Qualifier. His 24 career pins also makes the UIndy record books, good for 11th place all-time.
