80-66 win against 17th-ranked Lewis Thursday night. Five Greyhounds finished in double figures, with junior
Kendall Vieke scoring a career-high 16 points.

Vieke came off the Greyhound bench to deliver four 3-pointers on the night, contributing to an 11-for-19 performance for the team from long range. In the last four games combined, UIndy has shot an impressive 38-for-67 (.567) from behind the arc.

Senior
Reece Cheatham, who also had four triples, led all players with 17 points and seven assists, junior
Joe Lawson added 13 points and seniors
Tyrae Robinson and
Jared Grady each totaled 10 points and five rebounds.

Down 20-15 midway through the first, the Hounds scored seven unanswered points to retake the lead. The surge sparked a 12-2 run that included a two offensive tip-ins from Grady.

UIndy went on to score 23 of the final 33 points of the first half to take a 38-30 lead into the locker room. Lawson and Vieke each had eight points and two 3-pointers at the break.

The Flyers clawed back to cut it to one with 15 minutes left but never led in the second half. The momentum swung back to the Hounds after a deadly 14-0 rally from the home team that result was a game-high 15-point deficit.

With a minute-and-a-half to go, junior
Brennan McElroy put the exclamation point on the night, throwing down a perfect Cheatham pass for an alley-oop.

Tonight's win sets up a weekend showdown between the top-two teams in the GLVC East Division. UIndy welcomes 18th-ranked Wisconsin-Parkside to Nicoson Hall Saturday at 3:15 p.m. ET. Coming off a 99-71 win at Saint Joseph's Thursday night, the Rangers (17-2, 10-0) sit atop the East standings with a perfect 10-0 record in conference play.
