INDIANAPOLIS- The Greyhound cheerleaders will host a youth clinic Saturday, Nov. 15.
Children ages 4-14 are welcome to attend the clinic, which will be held Saturday, Nov. 15 from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in UIndy's Nicoson Hall by the current UIndy Cheerleading squad. Those who participate in the clinic will develop cheerleading skills and have a great time learning routines, cheers, and stunts. The routine learned in the clinic will then be performed at halftime of UIndy's Nov. 15 football matchup with William Jewell.
Clinic particpants are encouraged to wearcomfortable tennis shoes, sweats or leggings, and a t-shirt to the clinic. For the game performance, participants are asked to wear their clinic t-shirt, black pants (either sweats or leggings), and tennis shoes. Participants must meet in the Ruth Lilly Fitness Center no later than 4:30 pm. Parents must pick up their children promptly after the halftime show in Ruth Lilly. The game begins at 4:00 pm if you wish to attend.
Cost of the clinic is $50, and includes clinic, custom clinic T-shirt, Greyhound temporary tattoo, light snack & drink, and admission to the home football game for the family – up to four people over age 12. Free admission for those under 12.
