SAN ANTONIO- UIndy men's tennis was handed its second loss of the season Thursday, and its first in NCAA Division II competition, as #4 West Florida took a 4-2 win over the Greyhounds (7-2).
UIndy took the doubles point, with
Renato Lima and
Magnus Mueller taking a 6-2 win in the two doubles spot, while
Matej Kostadinov and
Dario Huber came away with a 6-4 win at one doubles to take the team point. Three doubles was left unfinished.
The Argos quickly erased the early Greyhound lead, taking wins at six, four and five singles. Huber came away with a three-set win 5-7, 6-2, 6-4 to account for the second UIndy point before West Florida took the win with a three-set victory at one singles. Two singles was left unfinished.
