AZUSA, Cali. – The University of Indianapolis men's tennis team took their second straight loss to No. 22 Azusa Pacific on Friday night. The Cougars defeated the No. 5 Greyhounds, 4-3.

With a strong start from doubles from Azusa Pacific, a tie breaker match in the No. 1 spot would carry the Cougars over the Hounds after
Tom Zeuch and
Zac Faveri lost 7-6 with a 7-5 tie breaker.
Yoann Viel and Edgar Desouet also fell 7-5, while
Nikolaj Talimaa and
Jason Gerweck did not finish their match.

The Hounds began to fight back in singles, after a loss in the No. 1 spot,
Edgar Destouet earned the first Hounds point with a 6-2, 3-6, 6-1 win. Yoann Veil and
Zac Faveri earned the Hounds last two points by taking their matches in three sets. However, it was not enough to stop the Cougars from clenching the match after a close-set win in the 2 spot.
Nikolaj Talimaa fell 6-4, 2-6, and 6-4.
