Men’s Swim/Dive Tops Initial Coaches Poll, Women Third

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Fresh off capturing its first-ever national championship, the UIndy men's swimming & diving team came in at No. 1 in the year's initial College Swimming Coaches Association of America Division II Top 25 dual meet poll. Meanwhile, the Greyhound women, who were runners-up at Nationals last year, debuted at No. 3.

FROM THE CSCAA
The ranking committee, consisting of Division II coaches, assessed and ranked the nation's top 25 dual meet teams. Their evaluation took into account head-to-head dual meet outcomes, performances since the last rankings, season-long  performances, dual meet records, roster changes (such as injuries), and data from the SwimCloud Simulator. It's important to note that the poll's objective is not to predict the top finishers in a championship meet format.
