EVANSVILE, Ind.—The top-five-ranked UIndy swimming & diving teams head to Southwestern Indiana this week with eyes on both team and individual GLVC titles. The conference's (and some of the nation's) fastest swimmers and most-talented divers will compete at the 2023 GLVC Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving Championships on Feb. 7-11. A combined total of 19 men's and women's teams will square off at the Deaconess Aquatic Center in Evansville, Ind. – first-time host of the annual conference meet.
 
Last February, UIndy earned its fourth men's GLVC trophy with 1,643 points, topping runner-up Drury by 182 points. The Hounds racked up nine event titles, including four from Cedric Buessing, who went on to earn both GLVC Freshman and Swimmer of the Year accolades.
 
Meanwhile, the Greyhound women captured 12 event championships to secure their fifth consecutive runner-up finish, falling just 5.5 points behind team-champ Drury.
