INDIANAPOLIS—Both UIndy golf teams were tabbed in the latest set of NCAA Division II regional rankings. The UIndy women are ranked second in the East Region, while the Greyhound men are No. 4 in the Midwest.
The top 15 women's team will earn a place in the upcoming NCAA DII East Regional, set for May 6-8 at nearby Prairie View Golf Club in Carmel, Ind. Meanwhile, the men's regional has space for 10 Midwest teams, which will join 10 Central squads for the NCAA DII Midwest/Central Super Regional in Edmund, Okla., May 9-11.
The UIndy women's team is looking to extend its streak of consecutive NCAA regional appearances to 17, while the men are looking to start a new postseason streak after having their lengthy one snapped last spring.
