INDIANAPOLIS –  In the latest edition of The Open Mat rankings the UIndy wrestling team landed at No. 22 in the team rankings, after their latest results in the Greyhound Duals and Greyhound Open. 

The Greyhounds dropped one spot in this week's rankings, but added a new Greyhound to the rankings in the top-20 rankings in their weight classes. Brayden Lowery after his two victories over wins over Kentucky Wesleyan's Matthew Velasco and Montevallo's Chad Strickland, jumped to No. 20 in the 141 weight class.

Derek Blubaugh remained on top of the 197 weight class after his 2-1 weekend at the Greyhound Duals, while Cale Gray jumped three spots to No. 11 in the 285 weight class after an undefeated Greyhound Duals showing. Gray outscored his opponents 34-3 in two tech fall wins, and a pin victory over Montevallo's Willie Cox. 

This weekend the Hounds head out to Lebanon, Ill. where they will compete in their first dual at the GLVC Championships against Quincy at 10 a.m. on Sunday Feb. 16.
