INDIANAPOLIS – The University of Indianapolis men's tennis team remained the No. 2 team in the Midwest Region in the latest NCAA Regional Rankings, per a Wednesday release.
With the second most DII wins in the region, the Greyhounds poll just one spot behind Grand Valley State. They hold a 14-3 record among the DII ranks, sporting a 10-1 mark within the Midwest region.
UIndy held their spot at No. 17 in the ITA poll released Wednesday, with four wins over top-30 ranked opponents, and four wins inside the top-10 of the Midwest Region on the NCAA side.
The Hounds look to defend the #1 seed in the GLVC Championship Tournament this Saturday, May 3, where they'll face two in-region opponents ranked within the top-10 in Rockhurst and Drury.
