2009-10: Did not wrestle...was a decathelon athlete on the Greyhound track & field squad.

2008-09: Posted a record of 21-12 with three pins at 157...Qualified for National Championship meet after finishing as the runner-up in the regional meet...Runner-up at 157 at the Little State meet.

2007-08: Posted a record of 3-0 as a redshirt.

2006-07: Posted a 14-11 record with two pins as a freshman for UIndy.

High School: Earned 11 varsity letters at Rochester Community...four-year letter winner in wrestling and track, three-time letterwinner in football...two-time IHSAA state placer (7th, 2nd) ...IHSAA state placer in the pole vault (7th)...IHSWCA Honorable Mention Academic All-State.

Personal: Human Biology major...son of Jeanie and Dennis Fornal...born 5/9/88.
