2013-14:  Earned a silver medal at the GLVC Championships, helping the 400 free relay team to “B” standard time of 3:27.30 (2/12/15) … placed fourth at the conference meet as part of the 800 free relay (7:38.99) … … helped the Hounds to a win in the 400 free relay versus Grand Valley (1/18) … earned a win at the Woehnker Invitational (11/22-23) in the 200 medley relay … Academic All- GLVC … CSCAA Scholar All-American Honorable Mention.

2012-13:  First team All-American in the 400 free relay (6th) and 200 free relay (7th) at the NCAA Championships, while also competing in the 200 free (28th) ... Academic All-GLIAC ... member of GLIAC champion 400 and 800 free relays that led the Greyhounds to second at the GLIAC Championships, their best finish since 2005 ... also finished third in the 200 free relay and 200 free and 11th in the 100 free ... won 200 free and medley relays vs. Asbury (10/13) ... won 200 medley relay at Woehnker Invitational (11/16-17) ... won 200 and pool/meet record breaking 400 free relays at Calvin Winter Invitational (11/29-12-1) ... won 200 medley relay in tri-meet vs. Bellarmine and William Jewell (1/11) ... won 400 free and medley relays in tri-meet vs. Hillsdale and William Jewell at Wabash (1/12) ... won 400 free relay vs. Lewis (1/26) ... fourth all-time at UIndy in the 200 free (1:51.96), seventh in the 100 back (1:00.19) and eighth in the 100 free (52.83) ... earned second letter.

2011-12:  Finished 16th in the 200 free at GLIAC Championships to help UIndy finish third ... earned first letter.

High School:  Four-year letterwinner in swimming for the Rockets, competing primarily in the 100, 200 and 500 free and the 200 and 400 free relays ... 2010-11 Minnesota AA All-State finishing seventh in the state in the 400 free relay to help John Marshall finish sixth in the state as a team ... also qualified for state as a senior in the 100 and 200 free ... set a section-record time in winning the 400 free relay at section meet ... qualified for the final eight of state finals in 2009-10 in the 400 free relay as the Rockets took seventh in the state ... swam lead-off leg in 2008-09 400 free relay that finished 15th in Minnesota Class AA ... helped team to three-time section and conference championships ... four-year all-conference honoree ... earned one letter in track and field as a freshman in the long jump and sprints.

Personal:  Majoring in pre-physical therapy ... daughter of Larry and Kirsten Ricard ... has one older brother, Connor, and one younger brother, Alex.
