2021-22 UIndy Home Meet Information

SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Per UIndy and GLVC Policy:
All athletes/staff must be full vaccinated or have a rapid or PCR test within a week of the meet.

Athletes with teams:
Athletic Trainer can send an email to gerlachb@uindy.edu attesting that all members of travel party are fully vaccinated or tested negative within the week

All unattached/individual athletes:
Report vaccination card or test results in the Google form below:
Proof of Vaccination/Test

Individuals without test results or proof of full vaccination status, will not be allowed to enter the facility.

Everyone in the facility must be masked at all times unless actively warming-up or competing.
