Ross Weber joined the UIndy men's basketball basketball staff as a graduate assistant coach prior to the 2021-22 season.
Weber is no stranger to the Great Lakes Valley Conference, having previously spending time at both Southern Indiana and Lindenwood as a graduate assistant coach.
In 2019, Weber graduated from the University of Missouri where he earned a bachelor's degree in parks, recreation,and sport with a emphasis in sport management. He also was a student manager for the Tigers' men's basketball team.
A native of the Circle City, Weber is pursuing a master's in sport management at UIndy.
