Kacy Kestner, an Indianapolis native, joins Melissa Frost-Fisher's staff as a graduate assistant for the 2011 season.
Kestner comes to after a four-year career on the softball diamond at Indiana State University. While at ISU, Kestner was a Presidential Scholar-Athlete of the year nominee in 2010. She was a four-year dean's list selection at ISU, and received the Missouri Valley Conference Commissioner's Award in 2008, 2009 and 2010. Kestner also earned NFCA Academic All-American honors for the 2009-10 season.
A 2010 graduate of Indiana State, Kestner holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education.
