20142013Made 31 starts as the Greyhound backstop and seven at the hot corner...compiled a lofty .465 on-base percentage while leading the team's regulars in walk percentage (29.3%)...coaxed 22 free passes against 13 strikeouts, good for a club-high strikeout-to-walk ratio...had two singles and a run scored versus Miles at the North Alabama Invite (2/22)...drew a season-high three walks versus both Charleston (2/15) and UW-Parside (3/29), with the latter amongst a six-game walk streak....garnered Academic All-GLVC and NFCA All-America Scholar honors for the second time.
2012Started 45 games at catcher and 11 at DP…slugged .474 while ranking third on the team in home runs (6) and walks (25)…had a career day at the plate versus Wisconsin-Parkside, racking up two doubles, a homer and six runs batted in (3/18)…had one hit in each of the Hounds' final four postseason games, including a dinger in the GLVC championship game versus Illinois Springfield (4/29)…won the team's Kelso M. Reid Mental Attitude Award.
2011Named the GLVC Freshman of the Year, as well as first team all-conference…also recognized as an NFCA All-Region Second Team selection…started all 51 UIndy contests as the Greyhound backstop…hit eight homeruns as a rookie, including two in a win at Lewis (4/21)…slugged .561 with a .419 on-base percentage…named an NFCA All-America Scholar and included on the Academic All-GLVC list.
HIGH SCHOOLEarned three letters each in softball and basketball at Jasper …batted .407 as a senior team captain…starting catcher for the IHSAA 3A state runner-up squad as a sophomore, batting .418 with a .508 on-base percentage…earned team leadership award as a senior…two-time All-Big 8 Conference and All-Southwest Indiana selection.
