Primary ATC: Volleyball / M/W Swimming & Diving
Hired at the start of the 2017-18 season, Devin has been an athletic trainer with multiple UIndy teams including volleyball, women's lacrosse, swim and dive, and men's basketball. In 2020 Wyss was promoted to Associate Athletic Trainer while serving as the athletic trainer for volleyball and swim and dive. Devin also serves as the Athletics Department CPR instructor and Emergency Action Plan coordinator.
Wyss comes to UIndy after completing a year-long internship at Ohio State University with women's field hockey. Prior to his year at Ohio State, Devin completed his Master's Degree at Florida Atlantic University while working as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer with the football and women's track teams. Devin completed his bachelor's degree at Purdue University and worked with the Boilermaker football, softball, and track teams as an athletic training student.
Wyss has had athletic training experience working in the NFL, Major League Lacrosse, Minor League Baseball and studied Chinese medicine in Beijing, China during his undergraduate years.
Wyss is a native of Fort Wayne, Ind., and currently resides in Indianapolis with his dog Rizzo.
