Stacey McCaslin

Stacey McCaslin enters her first season at UIndy in 2019 after coming over from Ferris State where she spent the last five seasons as an assistant coach for the Bulldogs.

Stacey has been an integral part of the success Ferris State Women's Soccer has sustained over the past five seasons. Coach McCaslin is no stranger to the Hoosier State. McCaslin graduated from the University of St. Francis in 2007 with her bachelor's degree in nursing. McCaslin got into coaching in 2008, serving as an assistant coach to Christy Young until October of 2014.
 
After achieving an 11-7-2 record in 2014, McCaslin made the jump to from her alma mater to Ferris State of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Conference. During her five seasons with the Bulldogs, McCaslin coached under 2015 GLIAC coach of the year Andy McCaslin. The Bulldogs achieved a program-best 14-5-1 record in 2015 before going 17-4-3 in 2018 to top their previous best.
 
McCaslin's record of working with players speaks for itself. McCaslin coached the 2015 and 2017 goalkeeper of the year for the GLIAC. The Bulldogs had 10 players named GLIAC player of the week during her tenure, including four-consecutive seasons of a goalkeeper being named to one of three all-conference teams at end of each season. McCaslin and the Ferris State staff were named the Midwest Region Coaching Staff of the year by the United Soccer Coaches organization, making them a finalist of Coaching Staff of the Year.
