NIck Foster joins the UIndy wrestling staff after completing his career on the mat at McKendree. Foster, a four-time NCAA Division II All-American, comes to UIndy Wrestling as a Graduate Assistant for the 2020-21 season.
The former McKendree Bearcat posted a career record of 129-30 as a four-time All-American. The Belleville, Ill., native finished 8th at 174 in 2017, 4th in 2018, 2nd in 2019 and was ranked #1 at 165 heading into the 2020 NCAA Division II National Championships. Foster was a three-time NCAA Super Regional Champion, and helped the Bearcats to GLVC Wrestling Championships in 2018, 2019 and 2020 after being the GLVC Freshman of the Year in 2017. In addition, Foster was an NWCA Scholar All-American and an Academic All-GLVC honoree.
Foster graduated from McKendree with a degree in Mathematics in May of 2020. He is pursuing a Master's in Real Estate Development at UIndy.
