Crawford will enter her second season on the Greyhound coaching staff in 2018. Crawford completed her first season on the Greyhound bench in 2017, after returning to UIndy for the first time since her playing days from 2009-12. 

During her first year on the bench, UIndy went 13-19.

Crawford accumulated 764 kills in the Crimson and Grey as a right-side, earning all-GLVC once in her career. The Indianapolis native was part of the most successful run in UIndy volleyball history, totaling 121 wins over the course of four seasons, which included a pair of trips to the NCAA Elite Eight and one trip to the national semifinals.
