SOMERS, Wis.-  The Greyhound men's basketball team picked-up its second league win of the season with an 89-71 Great Lakes Valley Conference victory at DeSimone Gymnasium Thursday night.  Larry Woods and Keith Radcliff each scored 20 points in the win.

Woods' off-the-bench effort helped UIndy (7-13, 2-9 GLVC) dominate the Rangers 42-26 in paint points as the Hounds reserves outscored the UWP (6-13, 2-8) bench by a 36-7 margin.  It marked Woods' third 20-point output of the season.

The Greyhounds led for the majority, allowing the host team just a brief 2-0 lead before rolling-up a quick eight-point lead before the first media timeout.  The Hounds led by six at the break, 42-36.

The Rangers, with NCAA Division II's leading scorer in LaVontay Fenderson in tow, primed themselves for a second-half comeback.  Fenderson poured-in a game-high 27 points and teammate DeMarcus Bell added 26, but it was not enough as the hosts could never regain the lead.

The margin was as close as a single bucket early in the second stanza, however, the Greyhounds responded with a 20-6 run over the next six-and-a-half minutes to give them a comfortable lead at 16 points.  Radcliff's triple with just over two minutes remaining put the Hounds up by 20, their largest lead of the night, helping UIndy secure the road win.

Tristan Rogers chipped-in 13 points and a game-high nine rebounds, while Tyke Cockerham added 14 as part of four Greyhounds in double-figures scoring.

The Greyhounds return from their quick road trip to host rival Saint Joseph's Saturday night at Nicoson Hall in the annual "Snowcoming" game.  The game is also a part of the "Coaches vs. Cancer" initiative, a nationwide collaboration between the American Cancer Society and the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) that empowers basketball coaches, their teams, and local communities to make a difference in the fight against cancer.  Fans are asked to donate $1 at the door to support cancer research.

Notes: Radcliff made his 20th-straight free throw, dating back to Jan. 10 ... UIndy registered its first road conference win since Jan. 19 last season, a 96-87 win at Quincy ... Tyler Johnson picked-up career highs in minutes (12) and steals (3) in the win.
