About Bellarmine:  Located in Louisville, the Knights are ranked second in the country and are undefeated against NCAA Division II competition. Bellarmine is third in the GLVC in scoring (83.9 ppg) and first in field goal percentage (.527), three-point field goal percentage defense (.309), assists (17.94/gm) and assist/turnover ratio (1.38). Jeremy Kendle, a 6-1 senior, is fifth in the GLVC with 17.9 points per game, while 6-5 junior Braydon Hobbs leads the league with 6.75 assists per game.

Series History:  The Greyhounds are 39-42 all-time against Bellarmine in a series that dates back to the 1955-56 season. UIndy has lost five in a row since winning, 88-87, in double overtime at Nicoson Hall on Jan. 12, 2008. The Knights won at Nicoson Hall, 88-80, in the most recent meeting between the two squads last season.

Last game:  Wilbur O'Neal hit two free throws with five seconds remaining in overtime to defeat Lewis, 83-81. O'Neal finished with 18 points, eight rebounds and four steals, while Darius Adams tallied 34 points, 17 rebounds and four assists.

Winning Streak:  The Greyhounds have won 10 games in a row for their longest winning streak since opening the 2003-04 season 12-0. During this stretch, UIndy has won six games in a row away from home, the first streak of that length since winning seven road GLVC games in a row during the 2004-05 season, which was also UIndy's last NCAA Tournament appearance. The Hounds winning streak has led them to receiving votes in this week's NABC D-II Coaches' Poll.

This is the 10th 10-game winning streak in the history of Greyhound basketball.

Adams' Family:  Adams received national recognition by garnering 2010-11 Preseason All-American Honorable Mention from both The Sporting News and Division II Bulletin.

Adams is 11th in the country and first in the GLVC in scoring with 23.6 points per game, while adding 5.6 rebounds (12th GLVC), 3.6 assists (10th) and 2.2 steals (1st) per game

The six-foot, 165-pound Adams has scored in double figures in every game this season, including 10 games of 20 points or more with a career-high and GLVC season-high 41 points at Illinois-Springfield on Jan. 2.

He notched his sixth career double-double and second this season with 34 points and 17 rebounds at Lewis on Jan. 15. His 17 rebounds are tied for the most in the GLVC this season and the most for a Greyhound since Brad Borgman at Wisconsin-Parkside (17) on Nov. 30, 2000.

Player of the Week:
Adams has won two GLVC Player of the Week awards this season to become the first Greyhound since 2004-05 (David Logan, five times) to win the award multiple times in a season.

Adams earned his first career award (12/13) after he averaged 23.5 points, 5.5 assists, 4.5 rebounds and 2.5 steals in wins at King and vs. Mt. Vernon Nazarene.

His second (1/10) came after compiling 23.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.7 steals per game in wins over Quincy, Missouri-St. Louis and Maryville.

Light the Lamp:  UIndy is seventh in the country with 88.6 points per game after surpassing 100 points in four of its first seven games for the first time since the 1988-89 season. The last time UIndy scored 100 points or more in at least four games in a season was the 2004-05 campaign, which was UIndy's last trip to the NCAA Tournament. The Hounds are first in three-pointers (8.73/gm, 17th nationally), fifth in field goal percentage (.494, 19th) and seventh in three-point percentage (.378, 33rd) in the GLVC.

Give it Back:  UIndy is forcing 18.5 turnovers per game (2nd GLVC), including 9.53 steals per contest (2nd GLVC/36th nationally), which has led to 24.5 points off turnovers per game. Nationally, the Greyhounds are ninth in turnover margin (+5.53) and 16th in assist/turnover ratio (1.32).

Free Points:  The Greyhounds average 24.1 free throw attempts per game (272-361). Adams is 92-of-103 (.893) and Adrian Moss is 38-of-46 (.826) to lead UIndy. Adams is second and Moss 12th in FT% in the GLVC, while UIndy as a whole is fifth and 11th nationally at 75.3 percent.

Clear the Glass:  The Hounds have a +5.2 rebound advantage and are second in offensive rebounds per game (12.93 orpg) in the GLVC. UIndy is converting those boards into 14.9 second-chance points per game.

Spreading the Wealth:  The Greyhounds have five scorers over 9.0 ppg with O'Neal (15.7 ppg), Adams (23.6 ppg), Moss (12.1 ppg), Nate Blank (9.7 ppg) and DeWann Squires (9.4 ppg). The Greyhounds' unselfishness has them second in the league and 19th nationally with 17.13 assists per game and 11 players have scored 10 points or more in a game.

Moss Grows:  Moss, a transfer from IUPUI, has stabilized the UIndy point guard spot. He ranks second in the GLVC and in the top-40 in the country with 5.07 assists per game and sixth in the GLVC with a 1.65 assist/turnover ratio. Moss had 10 assists against Missouri S&T to become only the second GLVC player with 10 assists in a game this season.

The Squire Did It:  Squires' experience as one of only four returning players has been invaluable as he is second on the team with 5.1 rebounds per game, while adding 9.4 points per game. Squires and Moss are the only UIndy players to start every game.

Better Late Than Never:
After missing the first three games of the season, O'Neal has been an impact performer with 15.7 points (10th GLVC) and 4.8 rebounds per game, while shooting 68.3 percent from the field (6th nationally). He is fifth in the conference with 2.50 offensive rebounds per game.

Blank Slate:  Blank started 2010-11 with a bang by posting a career-high 27 points against IU Northwest. The senior then missed the next eight games after having surgery on his left knee. He returned against Illinois-Springfield and two games later scored 11 points in a win over Maryville. The next game he scored 18 points behind a career-high four three-pointers against Missouri S&T on Jan. 13. The senior averages 9.7 points, shooting 54.8 percent from the field and 41.2 behind the arc.

How Many Miles?:  After scoring 17 points in 31 minutes playing in five of UIndy's first 13 games, freshman Miles Mitchell has averaged 8.0 points over the last two games, including making 4-of-10 three-pointers.

Double Duty:  Junior Paul Corsaro is continuing his two-sport career in 2010-11. He played football for UIndy on both sides of the ball with eight rushing touchdowns and one passing touchdown as a short-yardage quarterback and 10 tackles on defense.  Since returning to the hardwood, he chips in 3.4 points in 15.8 minutes per game.

Rate of Return:  The Greyhounds return only four players from last season's squad in Adams, Blank, Squires and Corsaro. That group is joined by eight freshmen and three transfers.

More than an Exhibition:  While the exhibition victory over nationally-ranked Tennessee didn't count in the standings, UIndy's victory made quite an impact. Gouard appeared on ESPN First Take on ESPN2 on Nov. 9, a mere 12 hours after the victory, and was also on Fox 59, 1070 The Fan and SportsRadio 1260. Adams, Moss and senior forward Nate Blank were all on Fox 59 and Blank also appeared on 1070 The Fan.
