INDIANAPOLIS - The University of Indianapolis men's soccer team picked up a road win on Sunday, defeating the Truman Bulldogs 2-1.
Benjamin Sierra opened the scoring for the hounds, putting the Hounds up 1-0 off an assist from
Javier Steinwascher in the fifth minute.
Mase Koki doubled the hounds' lead in the 34th off an assist from
Callum Walsh. His first goal of the season gave the Hounds a 2-0 lead at halftime.
Matt Yankowitz scored for the Bulldogs in the 74th to cut the lead to one, but the Hounds held on, winning 2-1.
Both teams took 10 shots, the Hounds putting five on target while the Bulldogs only put three on frame.

The Hounds remain two games back of the league-leading Rockhurst Hawks, but 2.5 games clear of the conference tournament cutoff.
The Hounds will host William Jewell on Friday at 7:30 p.m. at the Key.
