Andrea Morlet and
Renato Lima won 8-5 in the top spot, while
Magnus Mueller and
Christoph Drechsler won the final four sets at No. 2 to earn the 8-5 victory. It was the 17th straight victory for Hoffacker and Huber, while Mueller and Drechsler have now won nine in a row.Â
Huber kicked off the singles wins for the Hounds with a decisive straight-set triumph for his 25th victory of the season.
Matej Kostadinov followed soon after at No. 6, winning 6-1, 6-3.
