INDIANAPOLIS – Despite dropping two road contests last weekend, the UIndy men's basketball team remained sixth in the latest edition of the Midwest Regional rankings, the NCAA released on Wednesday.
Â
The Greyhounds are now 14-6 in region action with wins over Bellarmine and Drury, who are both in the top-10. Bellarmine, who topped the poll a week ago, dropped one spot to second after falling to Lewis in a buzzer beater last Saturday.
Â
Findlay, Southern Indiana, and Ashland are ahead of the Hounds, while Ferris State and Hillsdale round out the top eight. Northern Michigan remains in the poll in ninth, while Drury debuts at No. 10.
Â
UIndy closes out the regular season this weekend at Truman and Quincy, with a tip scheduled in Kirksville for 8:30 p.m.
