INDIANAPOLIS - The UIndy men's basketball has earned the No. 4 seed in the 2019 GLVC Championship Tournament, and will kick off the festivities this Thursday at 1 p.m. against fifth-seeded Drury.Â
It marks the 10th straight season the Greyhounds have advanced to postseason play.
The Greyhounds outlasted the Panthers in the team's only meeting of the season, a 71-70 victory in Springfield, Mo. back on January 10. A pair of
Jimmy King free throws sealed the win for the Hounds as a desperation heave came up short for the host Panthers.Â
Each quarterfinal will be played on Thursday, with the men's semifinals to be decided on Saturday. The GLVC championship came will be Sunday at 2 p.m.
Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville is hosting this season's event once again, with all 14 games being played at the Vadalabene Center on campus. More information can be found
